 Mr. Garza has over 30 years of management experience as an executive, general management, operations, sales/marketing distribution, manufacturing, M&A and project management. He has held various industry positions at LG Capital Solutions, MetroPCS (T-Mobile), NetByTel, Diveo Broadband Networks, PrimeCo Personal Communications (Verizon), Motorola and Hewlett-Packard.

At LG Capital Solutions, Mr. Garza manages an information technology and telecommunications business development firm providing strategic planning, M&A, financial, and operational consulting services to private and emerging companies. Clients include various sectors: Broadband Providers, Wireless Carriers, Retail Distribution, Manufacturing, e-Commerce, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/IoT, FinTech, Healthcare, Infrastructure Projects, Capital Markets and Real Estate.

At MetroPCS, Mr. Garza managed the fastest growing market in the United States with revenues of over $950M and EBITDA margins of 60%.  MetroPCS  (T-Mobile) is a provider of unlimited wireless communications service for a flat rate with no signed contract. Mr. Garza was part of management team who participated in the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) at the American Stock Exchange.

At NetByTel, Mr. Garza managed an outsourced SaaS provider of voice recognition, telephone self-service solutions for enterprise clients, Mr. Garza extensively restructured the organization and grew the company two-fold. 

At Diveo Broadband Networks, Mr. Garza led provider of fixed wireless broadband services, launched nine markets with integrated IP, data, voice and video solutions in the urban business sectors of Latin America. 

Prior Experiences: PrimeCo Personal Communications (Verizon), Motorola Wireless Data, and Hewlett-Packard Test-and-Measurement Division.

Mr. Kusche has over 25 years of experience in budgeting, finance, treasury, reporting and analysis with multinational corporations in Europe, and North & South America. He has extensive experience implementing business and financial models in combination with excellent operational, organizational, planning, budgeting and communications skills. He is well respected and known in the financial community sector.

Mr. Kusche has held several positions as Treasurer at Ares-Serono in Geneva (Switzerland) and Madrid (Spain) and at Cemex in Madrid. He has also held the position of CFO of Telefónica Miami branch with broad responsibilities of the operations in San Salvador and Guatemala, and Director of Control and Budgeting at Telesp in São Paulo (Brazil).

Mr. Kusche is fluent in English, German, Portuguese and Spanish.  Mr. Kusche is a licensed business and real estate broker.

 Ms. Cancitieri has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneurial which includes corporate management executive, operations, sales, marketing and project management. She has a strong background in C-Level Sales, CRM Systems, Enterprise B2B Technology, e-Commerce, Software, and Data Management Industries.  She has worked for companies like Dentsu, Bluefocus Communications Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, and clientele include Agilisys, Cisco, Ingram Micro, IBM, HPE, Motorola, and NetBrasil.
 

As Vice President of Business Development at LG Capital Solutions, Ms. Cancitieri manages our Sales/Marketing Initiatives, and Strategic Planning & Operations, e-Commerce, Distribution, Capital Markets and KPI’s Services. 

Ms. Cancitieri is fluent in English, Italian and Portuguese.
